Pros:
✔️ The hotel has a nice and cozy atmosphere.
✔️ The staff provides good service.
✔️ Breakfast is delicious and of good quality.
Cons:
❌ Booked a single bed but received twin beds instead. When calling to inquire, the staff said the single bed was fully booked and that housekeeping would come to push the beds together. Waited 1 hours, but no one showed up, and we had to do it ourselves. Even when pushed together, the twin beds still had a gap in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on and far less convenient than a proper single bed.
❌ Booked in advance on 08/02/68 and noted that it was a birthday stay. However, there was no surprise or special arrangement, unlike what was mentioned in other reviews. This makes one wonder why the option was even available when booking.
❌ Booked a Pet-Friendly package through Hungry Hub, which claimed to include pet amenities. However, the room lacked essential pet-friendly items such as pee pads, bedding, or food and water bowls, contrary to what was advertised in previous reviews.
❌ An additional pet fee of 500 THB was charged for the second cat, yet there were no suitable amenities or services provided for the pet.
❌ The package included a tea set, snacks, and ice cream for pets, but we had to ask for them ourselves. Initially, we were only given a welcome drink.
❌ Slow and unorganized service. Reception informed us at check-in that the tea set would be available at the café at 16:00. We arrived at 16:13, and nothing was served until 16:30. We had to follow up again, and it was finally served around 16:38.
Overall Experience:
❌ The stay did not meet expectations. The services did not match the package description, leading to a disappointing experience. The lack of pet amenities and slow service were particularly frustrating. Additionally, the twin beds were not a suitable replacement for the single bed booked, resulting in an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Although breakfast was a highlight, the overall experience fell short and requires significant improvement.

❌ จองเตียงเดี่ยว แต่ได้เตียงคู่แทน พอโทรสอบถาม พนักงานแจ้งว่าเตียงเดี่ยวเต็มแล้ว และบอกว่าแม่บ้านจะมาช่วยขยับเตียงให้ แต่รอ 1-2 ชั่วโมงก็ไม่มีใครมา ต้องขยับเอง ซึ่งเตียงคู่เมื่อนำมาชิดกันก็ยังมีร่องตรงกลาง ทำให้นอนไม่สบายและไม่สะดวกเท่ากับเตียงเดี่ยวจริง ๆ
❌ จองล่วงหน้าตั้งแต่ 08/02/68 และแจ้งว่ามาพักในวันเกิด แต่ไม่มีเซอร์ไพรส์หรือการจัดเตรียมพิเศษอะไรเลย ไม่เหมือนที่คนอื่นรีวิวไว้ ทำให้รู้สึกว่าให้เลือกกดไปทำไม
❌ จองแบบแพ็กเกจ Pet-Friendly ผ่าน Hungry Hub ซึ่งแจ้งว่ามีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง แต่เมื่อเข้าพัก กลับไม่มีอุปกรณ์สัตว์เลี้ยง เช่น แผ่นรอง ที่นอน หรือชามข้าว-น้ำ ตามที่รีวิวอื่น ๆ ได้รับ
❌ ถูกคิดค่าธรรมเนียมสัตว์เลี้ยงเพิ่ม 500 บาท สำหรับแมวตัวที่ 2 แต่กลับไม่ได้รับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกหรือบริการที่เหมาะสมตามที่คาดหวัง
❌ แพ็กเกจรวมชุดชา ขนม และไอศกรีมสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง แต่ต้อง ทวงถามเอง ตอนแรกได้รับเพียง Welcome Drink เท่านั้น
❌ การบริการล่าช้าและขาดระบบ ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานแจ้งว่า สามารถไปรับชุดชาที่คาเฟ่ได้ตอน 16:00 น. แต่เมื่อไปถึง 16:13 น. ก็ยังไม่มีการเสิร์ฟ ต้องรอจน 16:30 น. และต้องเดินไปทวงถามอีกครั้ง กว่าจะได้รับเสิร์ฟก็ ประมาณ 16:38 น.
