2 /5 Freya: Good hotel, new room, has parking, but wifi is extremely bad, the phone connection is disconnected. When connecting to the tablet, it doesnt load. Call the staff and try to solve the problem by just resetting the device to have wifi. On one floor there are 3-4 router, but none of them work well. The staff said that there are many people staying, so the internet is slow. Pulling each other back and forth, Which is a very bad answer. Ive never seen wifi in any hotel this bad before. Hopefully the hotel will improve.
โรงแรมดี ห้องใหม่ มีที่จอดรถ แต่ wifi ห่วยแตกสุดๆ เชื่อมต่อโทรศัพท์ก็หลุด เชื่อมต่อแท็บเลตก็ไม่โหลด โทรแจ้ง staff ก็พยายามแก้ปัญหาแค่ reset เครื่องให้ wifi ใน 1 ชั้นมี 3-4 ตัวส่งสัญญาณ แต่ใช้ไม่ได้ดีสักอัน พนง. แจ้งว่าคนพักเยอะเลยทำให้อินเตอร์เน็ตช้า ดึงกันไปมา แต่เท่าที่สังเกต แขกเข้าพักก็ไม่เต็ม แค่เพียงครึ่งนึง ซึ่งเป็นคำตอบที่แย่มาก นี่อินเตอร์เน็ต รร. ไม่ใช่อยู่ cafe ไม่เคยเจอ wifi โรงแรมไหนห่วยขนาดนี้มาก่อน หวังว่าโรงแรมจะปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น
