2 /5 Tung K.: We’re having some bad experience here. The hotel had include Onsen spa which is a public spa for male and female separately. My girl friend went to the public female onsen spa and there were “male” grown up kid( age around 10 years old) around 5 kids running in the spa. She was very afraid of these which should be female only spa and shouldn’t run around the spa that create for relaxation. Thus we report to reception and they promised to take action. We were waiting in front of the spa for 30 minutes and there is no respond. Others service is great. Room is clean and new. This would be last time visiting here. ประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีในการลง “ออนเซ็น” ครั้งนี้มาเที่ยวกับแฟน โดยที่นี้มี ออนเซ็นแยกชายหญิง ซึ่งแฟนผู้หญิงไปตอนเช้าแต่พบว่ามีเด็กผู้ชายอายุประมาณ 10 ปี วิ่งเล่นในออนเซ็นหญิง ประมาณ 5 คน สร้างความวุ่นวายในออนเซ็นที่ควรจะสงบ จึงได้แจ้ง ทางreception รับทราบ เราจึงได้รออยู่30 นาที ก็ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาช่วยพูดคุย ส่วนการบริการอื่นๆค่อนข้างดี ห้องสะอาด ใหม่ คิดว่าคงเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายที่มาที่นี้
