เมื่อไปถึงยังไม่แน่ใจเรื่องการจอดรถและเช็คอิน เห็นพี่ผู้ชายคนหนึ่งเหมือนเป็น รปภ.เราเลยให้แฟนไปถาม
แฟนถามว่าต้องจอดรถตรงนี้และเช็คอินใช่ไหม
เขาตอบกลับมาด้วยน้ำเสียงไม่พอใจ และอือ
แฟนเรางงมากว่าแปลว่าอะไร แต่เขากลับบริการคนอื่นได้ซึ่งแฟนเราผิวแทน ส่วนคนที่เขาบริการอยู่เป็นต่างชาติผิวขาว จนแฟนคิดว่านี่คือการเหยียดผิวหรือเปล่า?
เจอแบบนี้สองคน เป็นเหมือนกันทั้งสองคน ส่วนตัวมองว่าเราต่างจ่ายเงินเพื่อเข้าพัก และอยากได้บริการที่ดีเหมือนกันทั้งนั้น ครั้งแรก ครั้งเดียว พอเลย
First time staying here
When we arrived, we were not sure about parking and checking in. We saw a man who seemed like a security guard, so we asked my boyfriend to ask.
My boyfriend asked if we had to park here and check in.
He replied with an unhappy tone and an "uh".
My boyfriend was very confused about what it meant, but he was able to serve other people, even though my boyfriend is dark-skinned, while the person he was serving was a white foreigner. My boyfriend wondered if this was racism.
We encountered this twice, and it was the same for both of us. Personally, I think we both paid to stay and wanted good service. First time, only once, thats it.

ส่วนประตูห้องถ้าเราปิดแล้วมันจะเปิดเข้าไม่ได้ นอกจากคนมีการ์ดที่เปิดได้ทุกห้อง วันนี้เราลงไปเอาของที่รถพอเข้าห้องมาก็ปิดห้องปกติ แต่ยังไม่ได้ล็อคกอนเพราะคิดว่ามันล็อคอยู่แล้ว เข้าได้แค่คนที่มีการ์ด ปรากฎว่านอนอยู่ในห้องอยู่ดีๆแม่บ้านพลักประตูห้องเข้ามา แล้วพูดว่า สวัสดีค่ะ แล้วรีบปิดประตู เดาว่าน่าจะมาทำความสะอาดห้องและเช็คเอ้าท์ เราที่นอนอยู่ถึงกับสะดุ้งตื่น มันเฟลมากสำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งแรกนี้!!!
The front desk staff are lovely and provide excellent service. As for the room door, if we close it, it will not be able to be opened, except for people with a card who can open every room. Today, we went down to get something from the car. When we entered the room, we closed it as usual, but did not lock it because we thought it was already locked. Only people with a card can enter. It turned out that while we were sleeping in the room, the maid pushed the door open and said hello, then quickly closed the door. I guessed that she probably came to clean the room and check out. I, who was sleeping, was startled awake. It was a total flop for this first time staying here!!!
